The living room features a comfortable sofa, armchair and coffee table. There’s a Smart TV connected to the Wi-Fi, which allows you to access streaming services like Netflix and BBC iPlayer.
Dining Area
Dine in style with our opulent dining table and chairs.
Kitchen
We have a fully equipped kitchen, with an oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and kettle. There’s a range of dishes, cutlery and glassware.
Bedroom
Comfort awaits you in the cosy bedroom. There’s a double bed, wardrobe with hangers, dresser and bedside table for your storage needs.
Bathroom
Inside the bathroom you’ll find a modern shower, towels and wash basin.
The Building
Built in the 19th century, Abbey Court forms part of Whitby’s rich history. In 1859, English novelist Elizabeth Gaskell stayed at Abbey Court. During this time she collected stories for her next book Sylvia’s Lovers, where Whitby is transformed into Monkshaven.
